Complaint Redressal

Step 1

In case a customer has any grievance / concern related to the services rendered by the Company, you may write it to us at : clientfeedback@edmeinsurance.com

Step 2

In case your grievance /concerns remain unaddressed you may escalate the matter to our Operation Head at the address mentioned below :

In case of no revert for any further clarification, if any, from your side within 2 weeks from the date of such resolution, the company shall treat the complaint as closed at its end.

Complaints and Grievance Redressal Policy – IFSC Gift City

Step 1

In case a customer has any grievance / complaint related to the services rendered by the Company at Gift City, you may write it to the Compliant Redressal Officer (CRO) at ifsc@edmeinsurance.com

Step 2

In case your grievance / complaint remain unaddressed you may escalate the matter within 21 days from receipt of the decision from CRO to the Compliant Redressal Appellant Officer (CRAO) at the address mentioned below :

If you are still dissatisfied with the decision/resolution to the complaint provided by the CRAO, you may approach to the Authority through email to grievance-redressal@ifsca.gov.in preferably within 21 days from the receipt of the decision from the Company for redressal of his Complaint/Grievance.
